I’m Lindsay and I’m a Toronto-based writer, editor and digital manager who has a decade’s worth of experience creating engaging content, tracking down hard facts and managing the online presence of major musical acts. I’ve written articles for some of the country’s biggest publications including Buzzfeed, Chatelaine and Today’s Parent. I’ve also worked as a social media/digital manager for such acts as George Michael, Elton John and Roger Waters, as well as handled communications and project management for Ontario’s Anesthesiologists.
I’m always on the lookout for new freelancing opportunities and I’m open to working with clients of any size, including start-ups. My services include content creation and editing (everything from news items to biographies to listicles); online promotional campaigns including fan/brand engagement; social media posting and strategy; enewsletter creation and strategy and project management. I also have extensive experience in the music industry and am open to consulting in that field.

***Featured Project*** The Perioperative Pain Management Pathway & SolvingPain.ca
I am currently assisting Ontario’s Anesthesiologists, the organization that represents Ontario’s physicians and leaders in anesthesiology and pain management, with the creation and maintenance of its latest project, the Perioperative Pain Management Pathway. Located at SolvingPain.ca, the Pathway is a collection of surgical pain management best practices for over 50 procedures. Using data collected and reviewed by our volunteer Action Group, I created an easy-to-access website designed to help physicians deliver better pain management to surgical patients while fighting Canada’s opioid crisis by minimizing the risk of opioid misuse.
